APARTMENT IN KOLONAKI | De-Ar Architects

The project concerns the renovation of a 90 sq.m. apartment, which includes a living room, dining area, office space, separate kitchen, a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a second room and a common bathroom.

The design approach was based on the existing black floor tiles, which were a given element to be preserved. The palette is developed in black-and-white tones, while color is used in selected areas, lightening the atmosphere and adding vibrancy. Color becomes a key design tool, as seen in the office space, which, in dialogue with the dining area, forms a distinct yet integrated entity within the overall composition.
